Engagement Fee
Please note we charge an Engagement Fee (or Retainer) at the time of signature of our Client Agency Agreement. The balance of the fee is payable within 7 days of unconditional exchange of contracts on a successful purchase.
The engagement fee varies depending on the buyer's brief (or Wishlist) but is normally around 20% of the total service fee agreed between us.

Fees by Service
1. Search, Appraise and Negotiate
Fees are agreed on a case-to-case basis depending on the scope of the client's brief and include factors such as market conditions, price range, location, and the time and resources involved in the process from identifying a 'perfect match' to exchange of contracts.
Our fees range between 2% and 3% of the purchase price, and we agree between us on a fee that is fair and reasonable depending on the work involved and the resources required for each particular buyer's brief.

2. Appraise and Negotiate
Fees are charged on a case-to-case basis depending on the client's brief, and range between 1% and 1.5% of the purchase price.

3. Appraisal Only
Fees are charged on a case-to-case basis depending on the client's brief, and range between 0.5% and 1% of the purchase price.
